#bringingJesushome
They all had stones in hand and were about to throw them at this woman but one by one they dropped their stones and walked away. This is the case when we are able to see our own folly. Beware of looking at the speck in your brothers eye while failing to see the plank in your own. This is the road to peace and unity and God is the means of transportation. Let's join together on this journey we call life. Have an awesome Friday peeps!!

We are so preoccupied with thinking "What is God's will for my life?" that we fail to see that every thought, every action and every reaction of every day plays a big part in determining His will for our lives. That's why instead of asking, "What is God's will for my life?" we need to be asking "What is God's will for me TODAY?" Do you think it's God's will for you to read your Bible? Do you think it's His will for you to go to church and be a part of a group of people who are seriously seeking Him and striving to live according to His word? Do you think it's God's will for you to think less of yourself and more of others; to love, serve and care for them, or to even share Jesus with them? Do you truly want to know God's will for your life or does that make you scared? Just know that there is no better place to be this side of heaven than to be smack-dab in the center of His will on a regular basis. I want to encourage you to go to church tomorrow. Expect God to meet you there. Engage in worship and the message. Read your Bible daily. Plan to experience God. Know that all of the above is His will for you TODAY and EVERY DAY. If you live on Kauai, please join us for an intimate time of worship, Bible study and fellowship. We meet every Sunday from 9:15-11am. And yes, we do church differently at #KHCN; we meet in a house. Please look us up or message me with questions. Now, may the God Who Created you for an intimate relationship with Himself, open your hearts and minds so you can truly see and experience Him and know His will for you each and every day. #bringingJesushome "But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong." -THE APOSTLE PAUL (2 Corinthians 12:9-10) When life throws you a curveball you either kick and scream and run away from God or you simply trust in Jesus and experience the supernatural power of God. Victory is always an option. |
Pastor StephenSnippets are what pops in my head while having my daily quiet time with God. I write it down to maybe encourage, challenge or inspire others to read God's word. Please feel free to share your snippets as well. Enjoy and God bless! Archives
