Christianity is a transformed life that has a desire to become more and more like Christ. It comes through faith in Christ and what He did for us on the cross. It comes through knowing Him by reading and studying the holy scriptures. It comes through dying to self and living for Him. It comes through a personal relationship with the almighty sovereign God and Creator of all things, which can only come through Jesus. Are you really a Christian?

![]() I don't know what we're thinking or what is being taught in churches but following God requires sacrifice. When you love someone or love doing something, sacrifices are made according to that level of love. If we love God we WILL make sacrifices for Him. And it's not about being religious or doing things for others to see. He wants to see the depth of love you have for Him through sacrifices not mere words. What will you sacrifice today to prove your love for Him? ![]() Our battle is not with flesh and blood. Our battle is against the spiritual forces of evil in this fallen world. Lord, as we go about our day help us to remember who holds the victory. Help us to be vessels used for good. Help us to be bold and to stand for your cause. May your kingdom come and your will be done through us today. And may the world see how mighty you are while all that is evil trembles with fear in our midst. Amen! ![]() In our "politically correct" society churches are frowned upon and almost forbidden to speak about sin, hell and judgement. Well, God's word explicitly warns us about sin, its consequences, judgement and hell. The only way we can get around the doctrines of sin and hell is if we deny the Bible's authority and infallibility. But if we deny its authority, along with these doctrines while only holding to His attributes of love, mercy and forgiveness, then we deny the very essence of God. The doctrines of sin and hell prove to us that God is not only a holy God but that He is a just God, and that He is to be feared, revered and worshiped like no other. ![]() "Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground..." (Ephesians 6:13) We fight a spiritual battle. Paul warns us to put on the full armor of God so WHEN the battle comes, we will be able to stand. In other words, coming to God when the battle arises may be too late. Spending time with God daily in prayer and in His word not only arms us for the imminent battles but will also minimize the battles we face. I encourage you, read His word daily and live accordingly and watch how much easier it is to stand through these spiritual battles. ![]() Thank you God, it's Monday! Thank you God, I'm Alive! Thank you God, I can see! Thank you God, I can think! Thank you God, I can breathe! Thank you God, my heart is beating! Thank you God, I have family and friends! Thank you God, I have choices to make! Thank you God for another day! Remember, "Yesterday is history. Tomorrow's a mystery. And today is the present." That's why, if you're alive, IT'S A GIFT! Don't waste it, use it wisely; you'll never see it again. Let us rejoice and thank God for EVERY day! God bless you my friends! God is good, all the time! ![]() "I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is God’s powerful method of bringing all who believe it to heaven." (Romans 1:16) I am not ashamed. Even though people may ridicule me for believing it. I am not ashamed, for the good news (the gospel) is life transforming and is of God. The Bible tells us that "the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but for those who are being saved it is the power of God." What about you? Do you believe the Gospel? Have you experienced its life transforming power? Then tell people about it. It's time to take a stand for God and let people know you are NOT ashamed of the Good News of Christ. ![]() Friends, this is well worth reading. Pornography has devastating and negative long-term effects on those caught up in it. Great read for guy or girl. We need to be aware of Satan's tactics and take a stand on such issues.
